RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
To book an equestrian vacation, please call us direct at 561-350-1230 or (800) 852-7613. We are usually able to confirm your reservation within 24 hours, however, as there is a time difference between the U.S. and Europe, it may take longer. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip is required to hold a reservation. The balance of the total price is required at the office of High Pointe International Equestrian Tours no later than 60 days before your departure. High Pointe International Equestrian Tours reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $125. (one hundred twenty five) for late payment if payment is not received by the due date. If final payment is not received when due, High Pointe International Equestrian Tours reserves the right to cancel trip and no refund will be made on deposit.
Cancellations must be made before 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) on a business day. Saturday, Sundays and legal holidays are not considered business days.
Your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following formula:

61 + days | $250
31- 60 days | 50% of price of trip
30 days or less | 100% of price of trip
If you must postpone your tour to another scheduled date, you may do so upon payment of a $125 postponement fee per person and upon at least 61 days written notice to High Pointe International. You must reschedule your tour to occur within 52 weeks of the date of your original reservation, and only one postponement can be made.
High Pointe International Equestrian Tours acts only as the marketing representation for various equestrian facilities. Fugazy International Travel acts as an administrator to High Pointe International Equestrian Tours. The Release (Riding Tour Agreement) form must be signed and returned to our office with the initial deposit. If the Riding Tour Agreement is not received by High Pointe International’s office by the start of the tour date, High Pointe International reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Our tour consultants can help you obtain this insurance or you can use your own carrier.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY
As a traveler, you have responsibilities to High Pointe International Equestrian Tours and other travelers by selecting a tour which matches your riding ability and health. To alert your guide if you feel unable to participate in a particular activity for any reasons and to then withdraw from that part of the ride. You agree to act in an appropriate and respectful manner and in accordance with the customs and laws of the country in which you are traveling.
High Pointe International Equestrian Tours reserves the right to cancel a reservation to any tour due to acts of nature and matters beyond our control, and our sole liability shall be a full refund any payments made to us by traveler.
EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING
All riders are required to wear appropriate riding clothing and equipment including but not limited to a riding helmet with chin strap and appropriate riding boots. A clothing list specific to the trip you select will be provided to you.
ITINERARY CHANGES
On some trail rides, which require luggage transfer, travels may be limited to two medium size bags per person. Travelers on other trips are into limited as to luggage.
