Itinerary:DAY 1 Sunday 
Transfer Bordeaux Airport or train station to hotel.
DAY 2 Monday
You will ride along the Bionde River though Medoc Vineyards. After a picnic lunch you continue to Lamarque Harbor to take the ferry bound for the Gironde estuary. Wine tasting of Medoc and Cotes de Blaye wines will completer your enjoyable afternoon.
DAY 3 Tuesday
Your horse will carry you across rolling hills covered with grape fields to the Cotes de Bourg area. After wine tasting at a winery, you will ride to Cubnezais. Your host for the evening is a Bordeaux wine producer.
DAY 4 Wednesday
After riding across the Bordeaux and Bordeaux Superior vineyards, you will enjoy lunch and Bordeaux wine at the Courreges Castle. You ride will continue across the Fronsac vineyard to Libourne which was built in 1270 as a bastide. Your views will include the chalky slopes of Fronsac, the wine producing plateaus of Pomerol and Nex and hillside vineyard which surround the medieval city of Saint Emilion.
DAY 5 Thursday
You will visit one of France’s great cultural and historical treasures, St. Emilion. Your wine tasting will include a stop at Bellegrave Caste, home of the great Lalande Pomerol wine.
DAY 6 Friday
The trail will take you across a varied landscape of small valleys, forests, vineyard and meadows. You will taste the delicious Entre-deux Mers wine at the 13th century Rauzan Castle. Your afternoon will be spent savoring Cadillac and Premieres C’otes de Bordeaux wines.
DAY 7 Saturday
You will cross the Garonne River via the Cadillac Bridge to reach Graves and Sauternes vineyards. A lovely view is yours when you visit the Blanche Castle which is surrounded by the Landes Forest. A countryside picnic awaits you at Chateau d’Arche. In the afternoon you will pass the wine school of Château la Tour Blanche.
DAY 8 Sunday
Transfer to train station after breakfast.
